I haven't posted for awhile; suprisingly enough, my husband has nudged me a few times, but the inspiration or maybe the time just wasn't there. A few days ago, I heard about the horrible loss that Jennie Perillo of "In Jennie's Kitchen" suffered when she lost her husband at much too young of an age. The food blogging community has reached out to her to fulfill her wish that everyone would make a peanut butter pie in honor of Mikey; husband of Jennie, father of two lovely little girls who passed just a week ago.
